First Lady Michelle Obama unveiled a new haircut at a White House reception for country music singers on Tuesday night in the East Room.
Her chic new bobbed do, cropped short at the back and with a sweeping fringe, perfectly accompanied her patterned white dress – another sleeveless number that showcased the toned arms she once flexed as a joke during a formal dinner.
And with such a sleek classic look, it was easy to see why Michelle is often compared to one of her predecessors, fashion icon Jackie Kennedy.
Among the performers were the likes of Charley Pride, Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss and Union Station.
Say what you will, but she definitely looks more “modern” with this new ‘do.
